Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Yellow Cactus! We want you to love your purchases, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's our return policy to help when they don't:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items that are worn, washed, or have had their tags removed are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Sale items, clearance items, and undergarments are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Free Returns:
- We are pleased to offer FREE returns for our customers. This means you do not have to pay for the return shipping costs.
Return Process:
- Initiate Your Return: Please email us at Yellowcactususa@gmail.com to start the return process. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Receive Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization number along with detailed instructions on how to return your items.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original package if possible. Make sure the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the package. Since we offer free returns, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label.
- Processing Your Return: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items. Your refund or exchange will then be processed. Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item using our free returns process and place a new order for the item you want in exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Yellowcactususa@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as we can.
